Service and Repair
Our technicians have expertise in the troubleshooting and repair process required for work on environmental test equipment.  Some of the frequent repairs we do are finding and fixing leaks, replacing valves, and replacing solenoid valves and coils.  We also troubleshoot control systems.

Installation & Start-Up
We have installed chambers from stand alone systems to walk-in rooms.  During the installation process we will check out the operation of the equipment.  Additionally we can train the end user and staff on the operation of the equipment which can include the control system if required.

Preventative Maintenance

Preventative Maintenance is often done on an annual or bi-annual basis.  For this inspection, Trieskey Mechanical, Inc. provides a comprehensive checklist which includes checking refrigerant and electrical systems, recording voltage and amperage readings, cleaning condensers, and checking and tightening electrical wires.  If any problems are found that need further attention, these will be documented and provided to the customer. 

NIST Calibrations
Calibration equipment used by Trieskey Mechanical, Inc. is NIST traceable.  All Calibrations are performed to manufacturers specification and include a calibration certificate per device calibrated.

Refrigerant Conversions
Older equipment can be converted to newer more ozone friendly refrigerants. Trieskey Mechanical, Inc. has extensive experience in conversions of environmental chambers, both single stage and cascade systems.
